Taeguek Forms

January 11, 2008

Students demo their techniques at the Spectacular.Except for those of you who are really gifted, we all need plenty of practice and reinforcement of our martial arts techniques! So, with the help of Master Kravitz and his awesome staff, we have now posted two (2) Taeguek forms on the USBA.tv website. To view the videos, Taeguek #4 and #7, which are required learning for attaining black belt promotion, click here

Please pay special attention to forms number four and seven, Sah Jang and Chil Jang. These are the forms needed to complete the USBA Black Belt Curriculum. If you need any help with the forms, ask one of the senior belts or staff at USBA.

The videos are great! Can we get access to the videos you have been producing during Gracie Jiu-Jitsu classes?

I know that, for me, reviewing techniques between classes is a big help up the learning curve.

Thanks for putting together this great website for all of us!
