Reminder to all USBA adult students… our Thursday night class, February 12th, at 7:40pm, will be taught by Rodrigo Gracie, our MMA curriculum director. Remember to bring your boxing gloves. Shin guards may also be useful! Get ready to rock!

Royce Gracie will be conducting a Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Seminar at USBA on Tuesday, March 31st! The previous date of February 10th was postponed due to the death of Royce’s father, Grand Master Helio Gracie.
Come and join us for this exciting and informative seminar, and an opportunity to train with Royce Gracie, a legend in the martial arts!
